Privacy

What we collect

• Email, optional name, store URL, and SKU you submit.
• Public HTML and headers from URLs we fetch to produce the audit.
• Order, payment metadata, and Stripe identifiers when you pay.
• Support messages sent to hello@shop-audit.com.
• Server logs (IP, user agent) for abuse prevention.

What we do with it

Deliver reports, run the CRM, send transactional mail (report ready, invoice, snapshot nurture about this product), improve the crawler, and prevent abuse. We do not sell lists. We do not run third-party ad pixels on the marketing site as of this date.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, D1, queues, email sending). Stripe (payments) when connected. Email may also be handled by the operator’s mailbox for inbound support.

Retention

Orders and reports are kept while the business needs them for delivery, tax, and disputes, then deleted or anonymized on request where law allows. Snapshot nurture stops after the sequence or on unsubscribe request to hello@shop-audit.com.

Rights

Email hello@shop-audit.com to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, subject to legal holds. Do not send us card numbers by email.

Children

Not directed at children under 16.
