Refunds

Snapshot is free — there is nothing to refund.

If we fail to deliver a paid report for the URL you paid against within 72 hours of a successful payment, email hello@shop-audit.com and we refund that order.

After delivery of a Spotlight or Full Journey report, the fee is earned. You bought a point-in-time public review, not a conversion guarantee. We will re-run the crawl once if we audited the wrong host because of our error.

Watch cancels at period end. We do not prorate a month already crawled unless we failed to deliver that month’s recrawl.

Chargebacks without contacting us first may lose access to the report link.
